Chaconia Events & Street Angels presents a Christmas dinner like no other. We have joined forces to bring you a Christmas dinner with a true Brazilian flare.

Venue: Brighton College, Eastern Road, Brighton, BN2 0AL
Attire: Cocktail dress / glamorous / Black Tie
Ticket price: £60 / Table of 12: £720 (each table will represent a Brazilian state)

- 5:30 Cocktail reception

Butter roast chicken with rosemary and thyme served with a warm potato nicoise and a light mushroom cream.
Fillet of sea bass with lobster and crushed jersey royals served with pak choy and compote of shiitake mushrooms.
Fennel, roquefort and pea risotto with pear and baby cress side salad.

Valrohona chocolate and strawberry truffle served with blueberry compote and lavender shortbread.
